Although the existing kitchen opened into a grand dining area that could easily seat 16, the workspace was cramped and outdated. The renovation included a large kitchen addition, along with a new mudroom, powder room, open pantry, and sitting room — all requiring expert plumbing solutions. Sarette Brothers ensured every new space was not only beautiful but built to last, from rerouting water lines to installing modern fixtures that fit seamlessly into the home’s traditional aesthetic.
A soft palette of white and light oak was used to echo the rest of the house and reflect the abundant natural light. Elegant archways connect the rooms while maintaining their definition, and large-scale flooring throughout the first floor enhances the flow.
